You can search by Last and/or First name OR by Pesticide Applicator ID. If you provide any ID number in the ID Text Box, system will search database by Applicator ID number; otherwise, system will search by Last/First Name.
NOTE: If you want to search by Last/First name, you must provide at lease two letters of the Last or Fist mane. Provide more letters for better system performance.
